Why was my e-mail not accepted for the registration? |

The reasons your e-mail was not accepted could be the following:
1. Your email has already been taken as the registered email.
2. The Email you’ve chosen does not met the condition(s): Case-sensitive (A-Z, a-z), number (0-9), underscore (_), no space, and 4-12 characters.
3. You email is invalid. |

Will you add more product categories in the future? |
|

Yes. We appreciate user requests and suggestions for new categories and intend to adopt some of them in the future.
However, the TejarahNet product categories follow format that is standard on trade sites.
Because TejarahNet product categories link to other trade sites, we cannot alter the categories on TejarahNet site alone. Therefore, it may be some time before we are able to add any new categories. |

Can I change my TejarahNet membership ID? |

YES. Log in to your account click Edit Member
Profile button, make changes you wish and click Update changes. |

How do I log in to My account? |

Access our homepage TejarahNet.com and click on My Account button.
Fill in Member Login Form with your user name and your password.
The password must be Case-sensitive (A-Z, a-z), number (0-9), underscore (_), no space, and 4-12 characters, and no special characters. |

1. Click 'Sign in ' and 'Forgot Password' link in TejarahNet main page
2. Input your email address used in TejarahNet registration, then click 'Submit'
3. Your TejarahNet user and password will be automatically sent to the email address you provided |

How can I post trade leads? |

2. Click on 'My Trade Leads' in My TejarahNet
3. Click 'Post'
4. Complete the description and click 'Post'

How can I post a product catalog? |

2. Click on to 'My Showroom' in My TejarahNet
3. Click 'Post' if you're a novice.
4. Input all your product information

2. Go to 'Edit My Company' in My TejarahNet page

How can I change my 'Trade Alert' settings? |

1. Login
2. Click "Manage Trade Alert" in MY TejarahNet
3. Select the categories (up to 4) you are interested in
4. Click "Submit"
Then you will receive information that fits selected categories |
